The hotel has a range of rooms to suit anything from a small private meeting up to a full-scale conference. Whether you prefer light refreshments, a working lunch or break-out facilities where you and your colleagues can enjoy a buffet lunch, we can tailor a package to best suit your needs.
Garden Room
The Garden Room is our largest and most versatile meeting room. With windows overlooking our attractive gardens, this is a bright and spacious room. The Garden Room can seat up to 140 delegates in theatre style or up to 70 delegates if arranged in a classroom style. It can also be used for larger board-room type meetings, accommodating up to 40 delegates.
Middle Room
The Middle Room is an ideal break-out room. Attached to the Garden Room, it is our second largest room providing ample facility for an informal break-out room or a full buffet for your event in the Garden Room.
Blue Room
Seating up to 12 at a fixed hexagonal boardroom table, the Blue Room is an ideal venue for interviews or board meetings. With comfortable surrounds and a fixed whiteboard, our Blue Room is perfect for brainstorming sessions, community group meetings, or an informal meeting of the minds!
Parlour
If you need a little peace and quiet and want to be able to think creatively in a relaxed and informal environment, our Parlour may fit the bill perfectly. With versatility to be set up in classroom or theatre-style seating, the room is able to accommodate up to 15 delegates.
Burns Room
Our Burns Room is steeped in literary history and the perfect setting for an informal chat or get together. Accommodating up to 12 people in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, the Burns Room is an ideal informal break-out or meeting room.
