Each of our private meeting rooms are fitted with comfortable chairs and are well lit. They all have plenty of natural daylight and blackout curtains to darken the room for video or data presentations.
Your meeting or conference in Dumfries and Galloway will be held in a space that provides for the creative and forward thinking that is needed in business today. Whether you prefer a working lunch or break-out facilities where you and your colleagues can enjoy a buffet lunch, we can tailor our package to best suit your needs.
Garden Room
A pleasant and naturally bright room with views into our gardens, the Garden Room is our largest and most versatile meeting room. The Garden Room can provide for up to 140 delegates in theatre style seating or up to 70 delegates if arranged in a classroom style. It can also be used for larger board-room type meetings, accommodating up to 40 delegates.

Middle Room
A perfect break-out room is our Middle Room. Attached to the Garden Room, it is our second largest room providing ample facility for an informal break-out room or a full buffet for your event in the Garden Room.

Blue Room
Seating up to 12 at a fixed hexagonal boardroom table, the Blue Room is an ideal venue for interviews and important board meetings. With comfortable surrounds and a fixed whiteboard our Blue Room is perfect for brainstorming sessions, community group meetings, or an informal meeting of the minds!

Parlour
If you need a little peace and quiet and want to be able to think creatively in a relaxed and informal environment, our Parlour may fit the bill perfectly. With versatility to be set up in classroom or theatre-style seating, the room is able to accommodate up to 15 delegates.

Burns Room
A room to inspire, our Burns Room is steeped in literary history and the perfect setting for an informal chat and get together. Accommodating up to 12 people in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, the Burns Room is an ideal break-out room where creative energy can be restored with the help of one of our chef's delicious finger buffets.

Sun Lounge
A private rooftop location, birdseye views and dedicated Internet access make the Sun Lounge a lovely hideaway where business can most assuredly mix with pleasure for the ultimate in efficiency! Use as a relaxing break-out room where colleagues can check in with the office and catch up with their e-mail, or as an informal, secluded meeting room where the world is only a few clicks of a mouse away if you need it.
