Pros: This is a beautiful luxury B&B. As you drive to the property, the view is stunning. The lower floor of the property is where you stay. It has everything you need and is immaculate. We had breakfast served each morning, and it was delicious, especially the homemade marmalade! It's so tranquil and relaxing and I would highly recommend staying here.

Pros: The owners were very accommodating and mad our stay extra special. Location was great right next to the Solway. Accomodation is immaculate breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable. Every convenience was provided and we came as guests and left as friends thank you.

Perfect weekend retreat. Judith and Eric were perfect hosts.

Perfect short stay in Annan area, beautiful surroundings and perfect accommodation

Pros: Peaceful location, pleasant owners who left us alone once we settled in. Immaculate accommodation, pristine clean, comfy bed, lovely walk in shower

Peace and tranquility by the bucketload.

Pros: Tranquil and peaceful. Hosts exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Bed wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast generous and delicious. Some really nice finishing touches - the homemade shortbread went down a treat. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay. We'll come in the summer next time!!!!

Cons: Erm the drive down to the property wasn't ideal for us but it didn't spoil our stay.

A perfect restful break.

Pros: Location, facilities, home made treats, lovely breakfast and amazing hosts, Judith & Eric. Lots of information provided on the local area including places to eat. The garden is lovely to sit out in looking straight over the Solway Firth. We came away with some recipe’s from Eric to try at home once we are back. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. It was perfect.

Stunning Solway

Pros: The Waterside Rooms are a little jewll, .it sit on,, i the side of the Solway in perfect peace with beautiful views. The rooms are kept clean and are very comfortable to stay.in. and are run by a lovely couple, Judith and Eric.
