Ayr Loft Apartment with Fabulous Views

Central spacious apartment

Pros: Great location & spacious apartment, lovely big livingroom with great views

Cons: The stairs! But you can relax and look at the view when you get into the apartment!

Pros: Very central to the shops and the beach front. Easy access parking

Cons: The size and decor also the property was immaculate and the bath was a good size the beds were extremely comfortable could not fault this property and good instruction for all the equipment.

Pros: The amazing views, so relaxing and quiet and its local to shops, beach. The walks are amazing even in the rain we loved it.

Pros: Comfy beds, HUGE living room, comfy sofas, equipped kitchen, clean, warm, and most importantly FABULOUS views of Ayr - what more can you ask for? Great views from the dining table that was just big enough to fit our board games. The ensuite shower is small but decent. The plug in the bath was not plugging so the bath was not used in the end - 4 of us had to share the ensuite which was fine if you arrange properly. We had 2 cars with us but only 1 private parking space. The owner was quick to respond to messages and helped us sort out a simple solution for free parking of the 2nd car. NOTE for future bookers that you have to climb up 2/3 flights of stairs! We had young people who could ferry luggages and heavy items up and down the stairs for the elderly so it worked out okay. Location wise - the flat is bang on in the centre and only a short walk to the promenade and beach. We will book again if we ever visit Ayr in a group :)

Cons: Only a minor issue : the plugs in the sink doesn't plug properly so we were struggling to wash dishes. A solution is to provide a small washing up bowl for future tenants. Future tenants would also benefit from a small kitchen towel for drying hands too.

It is very close to the beach, it is in an ideal location for viewing the air show, luxurious.

Pros: The quality of the decor and furnishings is exceptional. Far better than we expected. The bath with it's built in jets was a real bonus.

Cons: Walking up the stairs, but they will never have an elevator, so not able to resolve that issue.

Lovely dog-friendly spacious flat in fantastic beach location

Pros: Wow, Lisbeth's apartment is absolutely lovely! Much bigger than I was expecting, very spacious. Clean, had everything we needed, appreciated the en-suite bathroom with lovely hot shower! Fantastic views (sit in the leather recliner and look out the window at the green and sea beyond), right next to the beach, comfy beds and sofas, parking space out back, plenty of Yorkshire tea bags! Lisbeth's communication was top notch. Duke the labrador loved the flat too! He was right at home straightaway. Genuinely one of the nicest apartments I've stayed in - great location, big spacious flat, safe, comfortable. Thank you!

Cons: It was fine for us, but I suppose it's worth noting (as the description states) that the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs, so I suppose anyone with mobility issues would struggle. It didn't bother us though, and everything about the apartment was fantastic.
