We would highly recommend this property. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back.

Pros: Excellent location, apartment was immaculate, very comfortable and spacious.

Perfect, lovely property had all we needed. :)

Pros: Very clean, very well laid out, great modern look inside, had all you needed.

Cons: We couldn’t work out how to turn the heating down. A bit hot over night, but we like to be cosy so was t a huge issues. Maybe some instructions would be handy, just a suggestion.

Pros: Clean, modern, comfortable and warm . Easy to find, easy walk in to town and great off road parking at the front

Cons: The black and silver decor and bed linen was a little cold - some warm colours would make the apartment feel more homely

Good comfy stay

Pros: Upon arrival, accessing the property with the key code was straightforward. I located the apartment, but the key was not in the door; the door was already open. Upon entering, I discovered two other individuals inside. It turned out to be a mistake by one of their friends, who had confused the apartment numbers. Although they hadn't used the beds, it was evident they had been relaxing on them. However, we had a wedding to attend, and the situation was soon resolved amicably. I did send a message to the owner, who simply responded with a thank you. Perhaps it was an isolated incident, but the apartment was clean and tidy. Except for one light switch, which was quite dirty, so I cleaned it. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.

Clean central in fabulous location good value

Pros: Location was excellent clean and central in a very nice building

Cons: No visitor book with tips and pointer of flat and area eg heating attractions near by. Apartment was very nice but felt a little clinical/commercial the sofa was ok but not comfortable (cheap) more soft furnishings felt a little like a bachelor pad

Pros: Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Close to centre. Parking. Host sorted faulty alarm, mix up with booking.com and attended to leak in window super promptly. James was v friendly & helpful.

Cons: Only comment I’d make is that information/guidebooks on Kirkcudbright and surrounding area would have been appreciated actually in the property. They had some leaflets in the main hall but some books/maps/ places of interest would have been nice in house reading.

Pros: Clean and tidy, great location and plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids.

Cons: Sofa bed was very hard and the noise from the busy road made sleeping difficult especially having to have the windows open due to the heat.

Pros: Fresh, clean and modern furniture. Good space and everything needed was there. Easy access too and good parking..

Cons: Shower screen inadequate - bathroom flooded a little. ...other than this - can't fault it!..

Pros: Very comfortable well equipped apartment with parking. Spotlessly clean and nice comfy beds. Only a short walk to the town centre.
