Pros: Great position, a very clean modern apartment, lots of utensils, crockery, glasses, cleaning items, plus soap & shower gel all included. Even coffee, tea and sugar included. A good sized fridge, plus kettle, toaster, hob etc. The under floor heating system was easy to control, plus windows, and patio doors to the small balcony allowed for plenty of fresh sea air into the apartment, when the sunshine was full on the room in the morning. Good security within the apartment block, along with your own parking space, under cover. Plenty of good eating places within a short walk along the harbour front and the road just behind the harbour area. We would certainly recommend this apartment to family and friends.
Cons: A minor comment, the bed was on the soft side, but we both slept well. The towel rail in the bathroom was loose, but not really an issue, once you were aware of it.

Clean & comfortable
Pros: Very clean and spacious with excellent private parking on site. Dishwasher a real bonus if self catering. Excellent customer aftercare - Leon is a credit to his company.
Cons: A pleasant stay but frustrating first night thanks to lack of written instructions made it difficult to turn heating up or use cooking appliances. However, someone did eventually phone us back and managed to resolve the issues. Minor grumble was very basic cooking utensils lacking items such as mixing bowls & measuring jugs, etc. Access to fridge hazardous due to close proximity of wall mounted freezer above it?

A beautiful stay in a lovely property close to lots of things, stunning views, comfortable and cosy.
Pros: The property is in a beautiful location really close to everything you need. The host was really helpful and kind, really thoughtful. The property was clean and cosy with stunning views. Access was really straightforward with good clear instructions.
Cons: I didn’t like that I had to leave!

Pleasant stay in light filled compact accommodation.
Pros: Well equiped. Closeness to train, busses and water.
Cons: Initial access to the building not opening and being given wrong location of key safe to apartment.

A lovely week in a real home from home. Will definitely book again.
Pros: There was nothing to dislike about this lovely airy apartment; it was very clean and comfortable, and very well equipped with good amenities and nice little extra touches. It feels very safe and secure, and a place I would be content to be in alone at night. The large windows in the lounge have a view of the harbour, and I enjoyed sitting out on the little balcony on the sunny days. Having an allocated parking space was a big bonus as well. A proper little home from home. We would definitely book the apartment again when visiting family in Whitehaven. I’ve given a high rating for staff, because all contact that we made in booking, arrival etc. was picked up and dealt with very quickly. Booking in instructions and information were very clear and concise.
Cons: Nothing to dislike about this property at all.

Really enjoyable stay and the apartment had everything we needed.
Pros: Superb view, plenty of space, well equipped with modern kitchen and bathroom. Very useful to have an allocated parking space. Close to all the attractions in Whitehaven and a short drive to the best parts of the Lake District. Bottle of Prosecco much appreciated.
Cons: The only downside was a slightly soft and small double bed - would have been 10/10 if the bed was larger and more comfortable.
