Great B&B would recommend

Pros: The room was clean and very nice with a lovely view of the mountainside. Sharron the host was lovely. The breakfast was excellent. The location is lovely and quiet. An ideal spot from which you can explore the local area.

Cons: The shower was a bit small for me, although I am not and the tv was a bit dated.

Amazing breakfast friendly host, clean room

Pros: Amazing location just outside Keswick easy walk into town. Room was perfect and clean for our 2 nights stay. Sharon was just the loveliest of hosts, such an amazing breakfast was prepared each morning with so many choices all homemade too, kept us fuelled for our busy hikes.

Cons: Only problem was the on street parking on the street across but understandably the best location for the accommodation.

Pros: Lovely, cosy bed and spacious bedroom. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The owner was friendly and helpful. Location was good, just a short walk into Keswick. Would happily stay again.

Pros: Everything! It was clean, comfortable and well-organised. Sharon ( the host) was so lovely and helpful. She recommended lots of great walks, places to see and eat at. She also advised on short cuts into the town of Keswick from Burnside so you could walk in rurally. The room was comfortable with little extra touches like extra radiators to dry wet clothes and a little mint each day to Dave with our coffee. The breakfast was great too with good choices and we would probably return purely for her home-made marmalade! ( other home made jams also available).

Cons: There is nothing that I didn’t like about this property.

A lovely B&B supported by a very helpful, friendly host.

Pros: Our host Sharon, was very friendly, helpful, organised and attentive.

Cons: Our room on the front of the property was immaculately clean, warm and comfortable but suffered slightly from road traffic noise.

Comfortable Weekend Stay in Keswick

Pros: Great B&B on the edge of Keswick very well looked after and clean. The room was large and very comfortable. I would stay again.

Cons: Milk and orange containers need replacing with something more in keeping with the rest of the decor

Pros: The room was so comfortable, with a nice view to the hills. We really enjoyed it! It was such a pleasure to meet Sharon. Breakfast was delicious - especially the vegan sausage! :)

Pros: Lovely B&B in a great location, short walk into Keswick town centre, lots of nearby walks and fabulous walk round Derwent Water.

Lovely B&B great host and wonderful breakfast

Pros: Lovely b&b we chose a larger room with sofa everything was as it should be comfortable bed plenty of room. Sharon was a lovely host serving up the most delicious breakfast 12/10 😊. Sharon advised us on walking routes one being straight out of her front door to the stone circle and wella crag and beyond . Thankyou 😊

Great stay and host

Pros: The owner, Sharon was a lovely bubbly host who was knowelagble about the area, and nothing was too much for her, and loved chatting to her guests The room was beautiful, clean and well decorated,(as was the dining room) and the bed was so comfortable giving a great night's sleep A lovely breakfast especially the mushrooms, which were cooked to perfection

Cons: The only negative, was a small shower as in not a lot of room to get in and out of.
