Pros: The maintenance staff on site were super friendly and super quick to resolve any issues or queries. The location is great for walks in the Galloway forest, and it was very peaceful and quiet there.

Cons: The fact that the wooden decking was so rotten that it broke under my feet and I actually fell partly through it. Although I only left with a bruise on my shin and the maintenance staff secured it straight away the next morning, it could have ended in a worse injury. It might be good for staff to check the condition of the decking near the jacuzzis in future more regularly as the wood tends to rot there faster due to the dampness. Apart from that it was a good stay.
