Nice apartment with great view and ideal location for hiking.

Pros: Great location for hiking. Nice views of Skiddaw range. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable, clean apartment and quiet during our stay in February. Bus stop across the road is handy to go further afield without using the car. Dog friendly is a must for us.

Cons: Cold on arrival and only warmed fully by the second day. It would have been appreciated if the heating had been turned up ahead of our arrival.

We had a fabulous week.

Pros: Well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen. Great views from all windows . Good parking great garden . Good paint work and carpets. Good value for money. Gave us access to a different area and lots of new mountains. Around the shower needs a deep clean in the bathroom. (Grout and higher tiles) Shower had a knack to turn on - can’t easily remove bath plug.

Pros: Of all the property rentals we’ve had over time ,this was , by far, the best for utensils,white goods and WiFi Well done ..

Cons: Could have been cleaner ,, vacuum cleaner was full to the brim, so I gave a quick clean and banged out filter , half filled on first vacuum of property ,!!!! A few cob webs ,, but In general , good ..

Very comfortable with all requirements. Excellent.

Pros: Location was excellent. On quiet road, but close to main road. Good parking. Good views when not raining. Useful porch for wet clothes and boots. Comfortable and everything to high standard. Very helpful when we had self inflicted problem with the keys.

Cons: Very little.
