Amazing Retreat at The Lazy Fish

Pros: The house was so beautiful, relaxing, peaceful, and well equipped for our two jight break. Hosts, Rachel, and Mark were so lovely and helpful. The fire was gorgeous, and we didn't want to leave! We will be rebooking! X

Cons: There is nothing to not like at the Lazy Fish. Maybe a hot tub, but we understand why there is not one, and the new sauna will be amazingly relaxing! X

Simply stunning, the best place we’ve ever stayed!

Pros: Absolutely stunning barn conversion, so spacious and cozy with a high quality finish and everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. The hosts were so lovely and kind and are committed to giving their guests an amazing experience. If you want peace and tranquility in a stunning location, this is THE place to stay. Absolutely loved it.

Cons: Nothing to report here!

Wish I could have stayed in that bath for a week!

Pros: The house is BEAUTIFUL. It’s like a tardis! It’s warm and inviting, the owners are friendly and personable too! Lovely furniture, excellent for appliances and supplies and the fireplace is wonderful. The bath by the way, wow!

Cons: No notes!

We will be back 10/10 the hosts where fantastic, came to make sure you where settled but left you to enjoy your brea

Our own little bit of heaven. Peaceful, Cosey and comfortable

Pros: We absolutely loved all the little details in this place. It was spacious, we had all the needed facilities, the hosts were amazing, the location was perfect. We had a lot of rain in the time we stayed and we did anticipate this before booking, hence booking somewhere we thought we would be happy just relaxing indoors if needed and we definitely picked the right place! The space was amazing, a stunning fireplace, we kept lovely and warm, I am always usually cold but a nice bath and lots on the fire kept me lovely and toastie, we even had little blankets provided by the hosts. There are supermarkets a short drive away so we called there the morning we arrived and took food back to the cottage so we could cook meals. Everything was clean and we had all the pots and pans we could have needed. Everything about this place was perfect and we will definitely be returning. We have already recommended this place to our friends and family.

Cons: There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. It was absolutely perfect for us.

The Lazy Fish is a luxurious stay for maximum relaxation at an affordable price.

Pros: Absolute perfection. Everything about our stay was amazing. The little touches really make the place. From the fireplace being lit on arrival, to homemade brownies, to the heated flooring and bath robes. This place was exquisite. I would highly recommend this place.

Great experience

Pros: The place was really nice and cozy, so spacious as well. Thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace! And seeing Bruce (dog) in the morning was a great way to start the day :)

Perfect stay.

Pros: Cosy, amazing hosts, very kind, welcomed us with brownies and was very kind, nothing bad to say it was a perfect stay.

A truly magical stay.

Pros: Where does one start. The location was spectacular, the accommodation (converted barn) was superb, .......including facilities aplenty, hosts Rachel and Mark delightful...........and Bruce of course. Sheep in the field next door with their lambs. Idyllic in every way. Wanted for nothing. If i could give 11 or more out of 10 i would.

Cons: The fact we had to leave after 3 nights.
