Superb location and plenty of space

Pros: What a fantastic location! It was incredibly easy to stroll across the road in the early morning and enjoy the beach—whether walking the dog, fishing, crab hunting, kayaking, or simply skipping stones. The open-plan layout of the house was excellent. Even while preparing meals, I still felt connected to all the family activities. There was plenty of space for the kids to play and do their own thing. The birdlife was abundant, with shore birds visible from the front of the house and inland birds in the farmer’s field behind. It was a real treat for nature lovers. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the wealth of local information provided—recommendations for shops, pubs, cafés, and sightseeing spots were spot on. We visited several of the suggested places and had a great experience. Communication regarding arrival and key collection was clear and seamless.

Cons: The temperature of the shower was a bit challenging to set on the instantaneous water heater. Took a couple of days and some very fine adjustments to get it just right. (Plenty of hot water for a bath, though). Some of the decor is getting aged, but it's only superficial items and has no influence on functionality.

Drummore is a great village and Jura is right on the beach so you have the best views

Pros: The location, the fire, ease to cook all round great place and being right on the water is the best thing

Pros: The house was great very clean with wonderful views very quiet and not far from shop and pub. Ideal for walks with puppy. WiFi was best we've had on a holiday.

Cons: The only thing I would say was awkward was our dog is still puppy and because of no gate would run out so was kept on lead in garden.
