Comfortable and met our needs.

Pros: The property met our needs. The cleanliness and high quality fixtures and fittings.

Cons: Instructions as to where things were eg. We didn’t find the cutlery until day 3 of a four day stay. The location of the heating boiler and how to switch it on. There was a leak in the ceiling of front bedroom - there was heavy rain and water splashed on to our pillows and personal possessions on bed side cabinet ( containing a watch and mobile phone. Couldn’t contact agency over weekend only open Monday to Friday.
