Fabulous house and beautiful location

Pros: Beautiful period property with a very good modern refurbishment and a well equipped kitchen. The welcome pack was a nice touch. The location was stunning.It was lovely to be able to walk the dog straight from the back gate with access to the park/playing fields in one direction and Cally woods in the other. And of course having a pub just over the road was great too!

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the house but there were a couple of things that could’ve really elevated the accommodation. The TV was a bit small and awkward to see and the remote for the free sat didn’t work very well even though we fitted new batteries. Also perhaps some more occasional tables or something to put drinks on when relaxing in the lounge area. This is in no way a criticism as there were many lovely touches like the vase of fresh roses and the very helpful large umbrella!

Scotland holiday

Pros: Well equipped kitchen and really comfy beds. Beautiful bathrooms with huge shower and bath. Great pub across the road for drinks in the sun and it was never noisy. Lovely walks from the door
