The perfect place to explore the stunning Lake District

Pros: The cottage is very well equipped, especially if you want to cook some of your meals. Very comfortable beds, and a great little wood burning stove. The location is excellent, a short stroll down to the village amenities and a wonderful walk straight from the doorstep. The views are stunning.

Cons: There was a hiccup when we arrived as the place was not prepared for our arrival but that was swiftly rectified by the team contacting the owner and by the lovely lady who came to sort everything out for us.
