Our first visit to the Lake District

Pros: Attention to detail was amazing. Millies cottage had all that was required for a comfortable stay including great packs containing info for almost everything.

Really good. It was a smaller property however had everything we needed for a greet stay

Pros: It had 3 bedrooms which was a real bonus with 2 teenage kids

Cons: Nothing really. Parking was a little hit and miss and often had to park a few streets away

A peaceful, enjoyable stay at Millies cottage we have re-booked again already for next year

Pros: Everything was perfect from moment we collected the keys to the day we left.The house was in a lovely quiet location close to the town.All the bedrooms & bathrooms were of a good size , the beds were comfy, there was constant hot water and very good heating which was nice to come back to after a chilly day out and about in Keswick.Kitchen had everything you needed , couldn’t fault our stay.
