Pros: Very spacious,comfortable, and practically set out. Excellent kitchen ,comfy bed, and warm even in December. Superb location near the centre of town with parking. Nice and quiet.

Cons: We could have easily given it 5 stars if it was decorated ,particularly the bathroom and the blinds in the kitchen and bathroom were replaced.needs the bulb in the mock fire, and a nest of tables would be handy.we did ask how big the parking space was before we arrived but didn't get a reply ( it's actually big enough for a large car) THESE ARE VERY PICKY AND MINOR ISSUES THAT MADE IT A 4 WHEN IT COULD EASILY BE A 5.

Very good and enjoyable stay which with a little work could be superb !

Pros: 2nd time we've stayed here. Fantastic location within a 5 minute walk of the town centre and views of the surrounding fells. The dedicated car parking space is a major plus point given the restricted parking spots around Keswick. Nice large 2 bedroomed apartment with a seperate living room and a well equipped kitchen that has everything you need for self catering. Also very handy is the small grocery shop just around the corner.

Cons: My rating would have been superb if it wasn't for the need for some time to be spent on a bit of maintenance. Previous reviews have said that the apartment is lookimng a little tired and I have to agree. However, it will not take much time or effort to correct the minor details such as replacing the sealant around the bath, repainting the kitchen ceiling to hide water stain marks. The 2nd bedroom has a rather large crack in the wall which again could be fixed with a little time and effort. Also, the documentation folder could do with replacing. These are just minor points which shouldn't detract from this marvelous property.

Close to Everything

Pros: I have stayed here twice. This is a comfortable, well equipped, large apartment in a great location. Ideal accomodation for hikers. Critically, during fantastically freezing, snowy weather it was very cosy. Bed definitely comfortable.

Cons: Nothing major but several little annoyances. Wifi code was wrong - had to phone cottages,com No colander No large pan - just small and medium with no lids No garlic press Hot & Cold taps in kitchen wrong way round (they have flexible couplings so easy to correct) Seal at bottom of shower screen kept falling off.

Definitely like to go back again

Great Apartment . Wonderful views

Pros: Excellent location. Close to town centre. Easy access to walking routes. Large, comfortable spacious apartment. An immense amount of kitchen equipment!! Nice and warm, comfortable beds, and good shower.

Cons: Had a wee bit of a grapple with the key box. Maybe me😀 but I took a few attempts.

We had an excellent 4 night stay whilst hill walking , close to town centre
