Pros: Comfortable, clean, well equipped house near to town centre. Lots of walks, cycle paths from the door. Good sized garden for children and dogs. Good views from windows though these will disappear when leaves are on the trees in summer /autumn

Cons: Garden fence low and with gaps. Rear gate non locking so energetic dogs and curious children will need close supervision as river very near.
