Pros: A lovely apartment in an ideal, quiet location, right in the centre of town. It has all of the amenities needed and a good WiFi connection.

Cons: The bathroom sink was blocked and very slow to drain, so we used the kitchen sink. It just requires some drain unblocker and it will be fine.

We had a lovely break over the new year. Would go back now we know where it is.

Pros: Fantastic little cosy place, very convenient where it is.

Cons: The heating needs updating. Very difficult to manage. It was either cold or red hot, especially upstairs. Very difficult to find the property when we arrived, the directions and information given could have been better. You need to mention it’s near the ‘Honey Pot’ cafe. Maybe a 10am check out would be better.

Pros: Location, space in the property was just what we needed.

Lovely place and in a fantastic location

Pros: Location was excellent, good size of rooms, comfortable place!

Pros: Comfortable lovely holiday home fairly easy to find and in a wonderful area with an array of things to explore and do.

Cons: Not a lot to say about the things we didn’t like about this property and holiday, possible slightly outdated radiators if we were to be picky but they still worked fine and provided us heat on the cold weekend.

Good property and good stay, would recommend.

Pros: Facilities, cleanliness and location were excellent. Trouble free parking.

Cons: Late time given to enter the property and having to leave early gave us some problems

Amazing location and lovely little apartment!

Pros: Firstly, the location was amazing, right in the centre of Keswick. We found it a bit hard to initially find via google maps, it took us about 15 minutes of walking around different surrounding streets to find it. The street address provided doesn’t exist on google maps for some strange reason which makes it even more confusing, something to bear in mind if you’ve no sense of direction like myself haha. The house itself is amazing, we loved the layout and the price was superb (based on a stay from Mon-Fri beginning of July). We arrived prior to the check in time (4pm) the day of arrival and we wanted to drop our luggage off so we weren’t lugging suitcases around for a number of hours, so I phoned the emergency number provided and asked if we could do so to which they said we were welcome to, which really helped us out and was much appreciated! Little things like that do make the difference. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Cons: The only downside was there was absolutely no condiments in the house (salt, sugar, coffee granules, tea bags, cooking oil etc), which is honestly fair given the price of the place however all other apartments/houses we’ve stayed in over the years have supplied these so I thought this was standard to do. Secondary there were only 2 small toilet rolls provided for a 5 night / 6 day stay. I phoned the number up to ask where the spare toilet paper was kept however they stated that’s all that was provided so we had to go out a buy some ourselves. Again this is fair given the price for the place so we couldn’t really complain! This is the only complaints we had. It just ended up costing us an extra £10 to supply all these bits ourselves at the nearby shops, so not the end of the world if you add that onto the price of the stay or even better just bring those bits with you!

Pros: Location was excellent and cottage was very sweet and cozy. Very spacious, the beds were very comfy and the flat is situated right in the heart of Keswick so perfect facilities for a small group.

Cons: Some of the dishes and pans in the kitchen were a little bit grubby. Also, it would've been good if the kitchen wasn't completely empty, for example, a couple of tea bags, coffee, salt and pepper would've been nice. Also due to location it can be very noisy at night but this wasn't too much of an issue for us.

Lovely apartment and would stay again with a firmer mattress.

Pros: Excellent location, very spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We didn’t experience any serious noise concerns as reported by other reviewers.

Cons: We found the mattress on the bed (we only used the lower floor) a bit too soft for our liking. We found the room temperature rather warm on arrival and it took until the next morning to get it to our liking after turning off the storage heaters (we switched them back on before leaving). We found the TV reception (Freeview) a bit hit and miss.

Unbeatable location, shame about the 9am checkout.

Pros: The location was fantastic. Right in the middle of everything. We did not notice any noise though. The apartment was very clean and bright, with good facilities.

Cons: The booking was somewhat spoilt by the 9am checkout, which is very unfair on the guests and was not noticed when making the booking. Everywhere else these days does at least 10am, most even 11am. Also, only 1 key even though the booking was for 2 couples. It would have been nice if some basics were provided, such as tea bags, pepper or cooking oil. The property is not easy to find in a car, and you cannot stop there to unload your baggage.
