Autumn week in Kirkcudbright

Pros: Beautiful, well appointed and super comfortable cottage. Artist Cottage (Yellow Door Cottage) is easy to find right in the centre of Kirkcudbright with plenty of on street parking adjacent. Kitchen had everything we needed for eating in and wood burner in the lounge was a highlight in late November. We appreciated the basket of goodies on arrival......really nice ! Good bars and restaurants and coffee shops nearby within easy walking distance. Good long walks all around the area, particularly Brighouse Bay and St Mary's Isle.

Cons: The weather .....nothing else !!!
