Exceeded all expectations. Stunning grounds and lovely lodge. Location was unbelievable.

Pros: The location of this lodge was exceptional. The beach was a three minute walk. Amazing trails were right outside the door. The grounds of Culzean castle were enchanting. This is one of my favorite bookings. The lodge itself was comfortable and lovely. There was even a yard that my daughter could go outside and practice soccer/football. The directions the host provided were exceptional. It was quite a long and potentially confusing drive but following their directions precisely got us to the lodge perfectly. I would gladly stay here again.

Cons: Communication with the host was a little slow but it did not affect our stay negatively. They have prepared the property extremely well for contactless arrival so the very minor delay in communication wasn't a problem. While the lodge was very well stocked we were a little short on bathroom tissue and there were no kitchen tissues (paper towels). It wasn't a big deal but because we arrived very late due to a delayed flight, it was just slightly inconvenient on the first night only. I'm sure had we asked for those things that they would have brought them out promptly the following day.
