Highly recommended , we would definitely stay here again!

Pros: We had an absolutely fantastic stay over the Christmas holidays. Everything exceeded our expectations! The static caravan was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. You can really tell how much care and attention has been put into every detail. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday, and the whole experience made our Christmas truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return without hesitation.

Pros: Great host who left us a little basket of treats in the table of arrival. Our family of 7 loved the stay, and the caravan was clean, well equipped, and there was a box with beach toys which was a bonus. We also found the location was perfect near the entertainment building and right at the beach. Would defo stay here again.

Pros: Great location with beautiful sea views. Very spacious for myself, my friend and our two boys. Peaceful location and well maintained. The caravan was spotless and the owner was extremely helpful from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

Lovely, lovely holiday home

Pros: What a lovely holiday home! The photos give a pretty accurate description of the position and presentation of this immaculate caravan. Perfect for the two of us and our pooch who loved her runs on the beach in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen had just about everything you need, very well equipped. 1 minute walk to the beach, (the sea looks further away in the pictures than it actually is, but does go out a LONG way) ,10 mins to the pub! ;-)Didn't use the park facilities/bar area so can't comment on those. This was planned as a stopover weekend on our way to the Highlands from the Midlands, would not hesitate booking again. Fast communication from the hosts, and deposit back in my bank account next day. Highly recommended.

Fabulous little relaxing break away with the family.

Pros: Gorgeous well located caravan with access to the beach, a few mins walk to the complex but quiet enough we didn’t hear any noise. Caravan boasts a fabulous decking area, modern furnished throughout. Very comfortable beds we had great sleeps and extra bonus with the en-suite in the main bedroom. The host really has thought of every little detail and it felt like a home away from home. Immaculately clean to a very high standard. Great communication with the host too. We will be back!

Cons: Cannot fault it whatsoever.

Pros: They left a basket of complimentary snacks/coffee pods as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste in sealed packs . The home is beautiful in a fantastic coastal area. Great sea view. The communication has been excellent too

Lovely weekend away 🌞

Pros: The location was great & the view was lovely .The Caravan was immaculate & a credit to the owners & they were also very helpful with a couple of my requests. Got the returnable deposit back with in hours of leaving. We would recommend & we will be definitely returning👌

Pros: The caravan was homey and extremely clean. It had a lovely sea view and easy access to the beach.The hosts were wonderful.They even left a goodies basket that we all enjoyed tremendously. We would definitely go back and we will recommend it to our friends and family.

Cons: The location was nice, clean, with friendly staff and a lot of activities. However, I would suggest checking the offers and deciding in advance what you would like to use. To access the entertainment hub after 4 pm, you need to buy passes from the front reception (after 4 pm, the passes grants you access to the restaurant, bar, and swimming pool). The restaurant is nice but the food is average. There are other better food options 4 min walking in the small village of Southerness.

Perfect caravan for a family get together, lovely hosts, would love to visit again

Pros: Spacious and clean, lovely view and great seating area love the large veranda, very safe for my grandson having the lockable gate. We all loved it had a homely feel, quiet and peaceful area lots of on site facilities if you want to use them. Hosts very quick to reply to any questions. We would love to visit again, highly recommend.
