Pros: This is a new listing so a first review will hopefully help people considering places to stay in Ayr. There are numerous positives to staying at this place. The flat is located in a quiet residential part of the town yet is less than a 5 minute walk from both the main street and train station. The bed was very comfortable which is always a good thing while away from home. Both the kitchen facilities & bathroom facilities were good too. Faith (the flat owner) was very welcoming and I enjoyed chatting with her on the occasions when we were both in at the same time. I would choose to stay at this place again the next time I visit Ayr.
