Good for an overnight stay on way north

Pros: Convenient for an overnight stay on way north. Room was comfortable but basic

Pros: An overnight stay for one adult. Clean tidy room with an effective wall heater( last week of Feb 2026) Large walkin shower. Best thing is it's good value. Short walk across services area to get to restaurant for breakfast. Limited choice but enough to set you up for the day. Can eat in or take back to room. Staff helpful& onsite not a telephone call away.

Cons: Having to pay£5 to park car. Also late at night in the dark it was not easy to identify the entrance to Days Inn. Needs better signage. Would have liked to have an extra blanket- there were extra pillows in the room.

Excellent value for money overnight stay.

Pros: Great breakfast at adjacent main service building. Comfortable basic room very clean. Friendly helpful staff.

Quick, convenient and excellent value for money

Pros: First time using the chain so was very impressed with their efficient service and great night's sleep. Reminded me of a good travelodge without the excessive noise. So very good value for money.

Friendly staff. Good location. Room was basic and clean - exactly what you need.

Pros: Nice location. Room was clean and basic - just what you need when breaking up a long journey. Was lovely and quiet as well, despite being right beside a motorway.

Cons: Was charged more on check in as apparently the room rate was wrong when I booked. Only booked here was was cheaper than other local hotels but ended up being more expensive than a room in Premier inn, so was disappointed with that.

Pros: Really liked the night staff at the hotel she was brilliant and funny. Goes a long way.

Cons: Baths are very very shallow and with the huge bar at the side its hard to move.
