Would stay there again and again

Pros: Lovely apartment. It was great to jump into extremely comfy beds after a long late flight. Thick towels, shower or bath , they've got it all you need for a stay away. Clear instructions, good communication.

Good location for our stay

Pros: Location to town bed was really comfortable Gent in the office was very helpful when we struggled to get in (my fault didn’t read things properly)

Cons: It is in desperate need of update needs painting walls are grubby shower needs work didn’t use it could be made more homely very sparse and dark no curtain in bedroom or blind in bathroom a building site at the rear We are back next year and would stay again if it’s refreshed

Great value accommodation.clean and convenient

Pros: Lovely and clean. Appreciated the host contacting me to check everything was fine.

Family trip

Pros: Apartment was clean and comfortable. Lots of parking. Not far from town centre. Cctv in entrance lobby made me feel safe

Cons: Sofa bed in living room very hard. Could use a mattress top just for a bit of comfort.

Iona apartment

Pros: Lovely clean apartment on a great location. Ideal for what we needed. The service was great and lots of check inside from the host

Location was perfect, centre for most things and short walk from bus/train station.

Pros: The property was very spacious and had e arching we needed for our stay

Cons: Nothing it was good no issues

Replace the mattress & table & we shall defo be back. My English friends loved it.

Pros: Lower ground apartment right night to the main attractions. Yet very quiet. Shops including supermarkets all within walking distance. Kids loved the leisure centre. Had an en-suite in master room &was perfect for person with disability the main bathroom had bath tub.

Cons: The mattress in the smaller room you could feel the springs through it so it needed replaced. The dinning room table we couldn't lean on or put anything on as it was that unsteady it was ready to give way. So that needed replaced also.

Comfy, very ideal and I would stay again!

Pros: It was easy access, instructions to collect the keys were straightforward. It was comfortable and ideal.

Cons: Nothing much, except we tried to retrieve a ball that rolled under the sofa. Maybe an occasional sweep under the sofas and beds would be great.

Would highly reccomend

Pros: The area was very quiet and within a short walking distance to the centre of town.

Cons: Just a few house keeping issues which were very minor

Quality product that could suit anyone with Special needs..

Pros: we are a party of 6 , who include one person with a wheelchair, The ground floor flat was very fine and fully accessable and pleasing to our children , who are teenage and twenties. My wife liked every thing and agreed that your flat is a surperb choice.Thank you.
