Lovely few days in Ayr

Pros: The apartment was comfortable and in an excellent location with lovely sea views.

Cons: Everything was great, the only improvement I would suggest is the distance away the key collection and drop off point is from the apartment. This is located behind the Kylestrome hotel and so is a bit out of the way especially when arriving by train.

Pros: The location . Good sea view and close to town centre.

Cons: Going to the hotel to get the keys. We were already at the apartment before getting the information that the keys are in a box about a mile away from the apartment.

Pros: Excellent location and superb comms ahead of arrival. Response to an issue we had with the boiler was super speedy.

Cons: No towels on arrival, mentioned via text and phone call but none were forthcoming. General wear and tear was visible, broken chair, cracked paint. Bathroom, particularly the shower could do with an upgrade/refresh

Pros: Great location. Clean & comfortable. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Cons: The heating is set on a timer and temperature which we found too hot and stuffy. Even opening windows it was hard to cool the place down. Not a bad complaint I know.
