A great find for our quick weekend break, very pleased with the whole accommodation

Pros: Absolutely loads of space Lounge was comfortable, warm with a nice outlook over the high street watching the world pass by Newly refurbished bathroom from a bath to huge walk in shower Flat cosy and warm on arrival Bedrooms super quiet Great bathroom towels soft and big Cleaned to a great standard

Cons: Beds not very comfortable probably a mattress you would struggle with comfort after a couple of Alley way to apartment dark at night

Pros: How prompt the property owner helped with info. Happily took my call and gave me guidance. Big flat on a very good location. Comfortable bed, loads of space and nice living space to chill out in.

Cons: Flat was freezing cold and took time to heat up. Parking is off site and bit away from property but expected as you are in a town main street

Great central location close to lakes and all amenities.

Pros: Great location, right in the middle of the town centre with all shops nearby and very close to the lakes. The property itself is spacious and well maintained. The host was excellent andt ensured we had a comfortable stay.

Pros: Excellent central location, spacious with all you need for a short break

Cons: It was a bit cold and damp on arrival but warmed up after an hour or so. The kitchen would benefit from some heating.

Pros: Very helpful and made everything easy, à great experience.

Lovely home from home.

Pros: Love and spacious, a home from home with proper sofas, blankets for cosyness. All bedding and towels clean and smelling fresh.

Cons: Could possibly be better signed on the street gate perhaps.

Excellent stay.

Pros: The location and the facility was out standing. Can't complaint. it was really beyond my expectations.

Cons: The location to enter the property is quite hidden. It would be better if there a board or directions to the back door.

Pros: This was our second visit in as many months. It's such a lovely space in such a central location in Cockermouth. It is really spacious and let's us visit our son and all stay together.

A Good place to stay

Pros: The flat is on the 1st floor and is on the Town's High Street. The flat had all the amenities and was clean. We are a family of 4 with my mom visiting so 3 lovely bedrooms to share.It was a perfect stop in the Lake District and people are very friendly. We found fans in the storage room for every room. Needed them. The TV has all the channels..Netflix and all. Kids had entertainment and comfy sofas and beds.

Cons: The location is great but how to get to it is hidden and a bit tricky. Should make the approach to the flat a bit better. It put off my old Mom as she was using a stick to walk. A bit of smell in the closed flat but once open the windows it all goes away. The instant shower heater isn't good. We had to play a lot with the knobs. It is too hot or cold water. Needs to be looked at. The shower curtain rod has to be fixed permanently rather than a flimsy plastic one as it fell a couple of times. The rest was just lovely.
