Distington stay

Pros: Location is good,nice local convenience store,didn't have enough time to explore area,but good to reach the lakes and whitehaven

Cons: Parking a bit restrictive,but on the whole not a major problem

Pros: The house was comfortable and had what we needed. Good location for Ennerdale and the Western fells. Quiet area.

Pros: The location was ideal for getting in and out of Workington town centre a very clean warm and friendly place to stay more than met our needs

Cons: Nothing really it was a lovely place to stay we we're their to shoot a film in Workington at 4am so our stay was perfect and comfortable

Great place to stay, good value and dog friendly

Pros: The place was spotless only 25 mins to drive to centre of the lakes. Excellent value for money. Great place to stay for a family. Dog friendly too

Pros: The location was perfect for us as we were attending a funeral the following day at the Distington Crematorium. A lovely chip shop opposite and a handy Morrisons just metres down the road.

Cons: No pub or bar in the village
