Caul View Apartment in Dumfries

This apartment is great just a shame it’s at the top of a block of flats. Has been tastefully decorated and balcony view

Pros: The facilities and comfort. Close to town, walking distance to shops, restaurants and walk along the Nith.

Cons: Not keen on the stairs up to apartment.

Pros: the apartment was very clean and organized and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, beautiful views of the city. I loved it and plan to return.

Cons: nothing to complain about.

Beautiful apartment with superb views

Pros: Refurbished apartment with all mod cons and good wifi. A superb view, a short walk from the town, the museum, and all the Robert Burns places to visit. Good communications with the proprietor. Parking in the street no problem. Very comfortable.

Cons: I might have missed reading it somewhere, but there are 52 steps up to this apartment, making it a problem lugging up suitcases. Not a big issue but navigating the smart TV is difficult because the remote control maybe needs replacing.

Pros: The flat was just beautiful .It was very clean and well situated. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities provided were great.we had a great time.we stayed for 2 nights and will be booking again next year.so ty very much .5stars from me .

Comfortable stay.

Pros: Very good furnishing and utilities in kitchen. TV in bedroom had to sign into, would prefer ordinary aerial TV for basic TV then easy to switch on, but suppose most people want the other Channels you need to sign into. Lovely Bistro across the road. Generally a good location and lovely view of the river and across the town of Dumfries.

Cons: Had to navigate the TV as smart TV not connected to TV aerial. Up on Third floor & not everyone’s choice to climb stairs. Outside not too attractive.

Really comfortable, everything we required was provided and good value for money.

Pros: It doesn’t present a great exterior as you arrive, but the standard of decor, furniture and fittings more than made up for that.

Cons: The exterior!

Apartamento renovado con bonitas vistas

Pros: Apartamento renovado y bien cuidado, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Las vistas del río son muy bonitas. Limpio y agradable. La atención del anfitrión fue buena. Sabanas y toallas limpias.

Cons: Los colchones son demasiado duros para nuestros gusto. Alguna puerta no cierra bien. La escalera de vecinos comunitaria no está renovada, pues el edificio es antiguo.
