Pros: It was quite. The slept well. The shower was lovely. The room was very private.

Pros: Comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities and just a lovely space to stay for a night or two.

Wish I had booked for longer

Pros: The property was spotlessly clean, bed was super comfy and I liked that the room is basically a mini apartment, my friend and I both had our own rooms with our own front doors - why that felt good I don’t know lol The owner John had a lovely welcoming energy and made our stay feel comfortable and safe which is important to us. For any reason at all you choose to stay in Irvine, I would highly recommend this establishment. Homely, welcoming and friendly - 5* 👌

Cons: There wasn’t anything for me not to like 🤔 I love cups of tea and ran out of milk too fast 🤣 but if I had asked they would have provided more milk no problem, but for anyone who loves their cuppas, I’d take a wee pint of milk to pop in the fridge so as not to bother the lovely owners when you need a cuppa late at night 🤷‍♀️ i genuinely can’t fault this place

Comfy little room

Pros: Lovely, comfortable space. Immaculately clean, excellent parking and a good location within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Perfect pitstop on our way the the port.

Pros: The fact that the guy that ran the place came out and spoke to us when we arrived and made us feel welcome and the room was pretty standard was there and the bed that was there was very comfortable and we would stay again

Funny sort of place but just what I was after.

Pros: Perfect for my needs. Lots of parking. Easy to find. Close to where I needed to be. Staff couldn’t have been better. Well done.
