Excellent accommodation - superbly close to the centre of Keswick (within easy walking distance)

Pros: The flat was perfect for our needs. The flat was cosy and had everything we needed. The double bed was very comfortable, and the curtains made the room nice and dark. The other beds and room were equally comfortable. It was noisy with traffic if you had the window open, but no bother if it was closed. I took stuff for washing up etc but did not need it, because all that was provided. There was even tablets for the dishwasher if you used it. The bathroom was a super size, and the shower was lovely. There was even car-parking available in a nearby church cark park.

Cons: Sadly one of the couches in the sitting room has seen better days, and was difficult to get out of because it sank so much. There were times when we could hear the people in the flat above - but it wasn't really that much of a problem. The outside bins were not clearly marked, and we were unsure which ones to use.

We would definitely stay here again. Overall had a very enjoyable stay. Perfect location.

Pros: Excellent location. Available car parking. Had problem with central heating boiler which was repaired within 24 hours! and electric convector heaters were provided as an interim measure in under an hour of reporting fault! Great response. Decent quality TV and dvd player.

Cons: Shower had nowhere to put shower gel/soap within shower cubicle. Had to purchase toilet rolls as not enough provided

Pros: Breakfast not applicable. We have stayed here before several times but on the last two occasions we have commented that the rooms could have been cleaner. It was nice to see that they were much improved this time.

Cons: Having commented above about the cleanliness, the shower head could do with a clean. Otherwise the property is an excellent base for exploring Keswick and the Northern Lakes. A bonus is the ease of parking
