We enjoyed our stay. Liked the property and the excellent location.

Pros: The location was nice and central. The property met our needs. It was clean and pleasant. The heating and water temperature was great, lovely and warm. The property was nice and spacious and provided some lovely views for the different windows (see the photos). It was decorated nicely right through and had a large en-suite, enormous bathroom and a separate toilet on as you enter. So, plenty of toilets. James was great, he messaged privately to check all was okay and to provide parking details etc. he was very good.

Cons: The pillows were not good. They were thin. After laying on them for a long time they felt hard and solid. The mattresses were okay, but could be better. In the kitchen it would be useful to provide a roll of foil or grease proof paper for the grill pan. And, oven gloves are definitely required.

Pros: a really homely and comfortable flat. location is very central just off one of the main streets in Keswick but quiet so great for parking up and leaving the car behind. property really well equipped if you are staying into cook. House very clean, bedrooms large, comfy beds, lovely big bath, good space to leave boots and coats as come through the door. would have no hesitation to use it again if we are a larger group. keswick itself is wonderful, great places to eat and drink and fantastic walks from the door.

Cons: response from owner himself was great cant say the same for the letting agent they use. would benefit from a improved lighting to access the property as a little dark at night. we went in november so less busy and could park on a local street. if being very picky may suggest 2 parking permits just due to potential number of guests that could stay

Fantastic home in the centre of Keswick.

Pros: Everything - Large but cosy rooms, very well equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic central location. Communication was excellent up to and during our stay.

Cons: Nothing that we didn't like. Would certainly recommend.

Great place to stay for a walking weekend in the Lakes. Very conveniently located for evening food

Pros: No breakfast provided, full kitchen allowed you to prepare food and cafes very close by

Cons: Some tea bags and a pint of milk would have allowed us to relax immediately on arriving rather than having to find a local shop

Pros: Really good location, spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. Frequent messages from host to arrange parking, and make sure we had got into the property and ask if we needed anything else.

Baystones in Keswick

Pros: Beautiful property in a central location, close to all amenities in Keswick, which was an ideal base to explore. Fully equipped spacious kitchen, with a nice touch of coffee and biscuits available upon arrival.

Cons: Access to the property was down a back alley way, which allowed you to unload only. Wheelie bins and business bins were kept here too. The greenery was overgrown and trailing onto the steps to the property and could have been a trip hazzrard.

Comfortable stylish and central location make this a perfect hhome away from home

Pros: Location was perfect, facilities where exactly what you would need, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and well stocked kitchen equipment etc, gorgeous massive bathroom, and en-suite master bedroom. And right in the heart of Keswick! Absolutely perfect for a base to explore the Lakes, and come back to warmth and comfort after braving whatever the Cumbrian wilderness can throw at you…

Cons: Nothing…

Pros: Beautiful home, very central, great to get to shops, furnished well had everything we needed. No need for a car, walked everywhere we wanted to go. Comfy beds.Helpful owner.

Cons: Sat night had a bit of noise outside but thankfully not too bad. Otherwise very peaceful.

Fab centrally kocated property

Pros: Exceptional property. Great facilities. Great central location at heart of Keswick.

Cons: A couple of items of furniture showed ware. Access from a back alley which wouldn't be good for people with accessibility issues/kids buggies etc. Above next to restuarants but we were not bothered by noise. Access to property to drop suitcases etc difficult. But very worth it when inside!

Fantastic location and well equipped apartment.

Pros: Great location and host was quick to respond . Organised parking permit and extended check out time with no extra cost
