Stay and the service remains very positive

Pros: We truly enjoyed our stay in these apartments. The two-bedroom layout with a separate kitchen, a shower, and a spacious living room with a beautiful sea view was perfect for us. The apartment is very warm and comfortable, with excellent heating and good-quality windows, which made our stay especially pleasant. The location is absolutely fantastic — just 1 to 3 minutes’ walk to the city center, restaurants, shops, and the promenade. It was also very convenient that the apartments offer parking for guests. Another big advantage is the large Tesco supermarket located just about 100 meters away, where you can easily buy everything you need. We are especially grateful to the management for their care and attention. The service we received was thoughtful and professional, and we truly felt well looked after during our stay. If we return to this area in the future, we would definitely choose these apartments again. Thank you very much to the management for taking such great care of us!

Cons: When we arrived, the floors were unfortunately not as clean as expected, possibly due to a small oversight. However, this did not affect our overall experience, as the apartment has many great qualities. Our general impression of the stay and the service remains very positive

Nice place to stay while visiting the seaside

Pros: Nice apartment close to the harbor in a newly built building. Very neat. Quite comfortable.

A clean, comfortable stay in a great location with excellent communication and a smooth check-in process.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and the check-in process was quick and easy. We needed somewhere last minute late at night after our original booking fell through, and this property was perfect. We booked online, paid the deposit, and received the key code within minutes. Communication via messenger was excellent and very responsive. The location is great – close to shops, Whitehaven Harbour, and the high street. There is parking right outside, and although the property is next to a road, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful inside. The beds were also very comfortable.

Cons: The bathroom itself was very lovely, but it could benefit from better ventilation, as there was a slight smell of damp or black mould.
