Pros: Great location. Very well kept accomodation. The spa facilities are great. Would recommend a visit to anyone. Keswick 20 minutes away by car, great town to visit but very busy at weekend, so go early to get parked.

Cons: Nothing.

Nice stay for a break

Pros: The location was nice, the views were amazing, the rooms were very cozzy. The fact that they had charging station.

Cons: Rooms were not completely clean, especially the kitchenette. The glassware was not checked, and there was dirt and a bad smell. The dining table had some crumb and dirt in it.

Second time here and just as amazing. Would book again!

Pros: The location was great for exploring the lakes. As the benefits of the hotel included are amazing. The facilities available in the kitchen were very good. There is everything you need available in the room. The decor in the apartment is lovely. Beautiful view from the balcony when dry. Beware if cooking the space is small but the kitchen area is very well stocked. Lovely well lit bedroom with full privacy.

Cons: Not much. Pity that the sauna and jacuzzi were broken during our stay but that is no reflection on the property as out of their control.

Excellent accommodation fully equipped kitchen should you wish to cook

Pros: Quite hard to find the property as sat nab kept sending us to the caravan park. Once there we found reception and she informed us where to go. Unfortunately that day she said the restaurant was shut due to a gas problem so we had to find somewhere to eat and after driving over 6 hours to get there was not good. Then when we read the information sheet it said the restaurant and bar was not open on a Wednesday or Thursday so again had to make sure we ate out. Being informed about this beforehand would have been helpful. The kitchen was fully equipped but being on holiday I didn’t want to then be cooking.

Cons: Being more informed about restaurant and bar closures and maybe a small onsite shop would have been good.

Great location with beautiful views

Pros: The property was in such a lovely location. Quiet, peaceful with beautiful views, ideal for my partner whose recent hobby is wildlife photography. We enjoyed laying in bed at night listening to the birds and sheep🤣 - The property was clean and had everything needed for a short stay. -Communication with Jerry was great especially on the first night when we forgot the code to get back into the building. He got back to me really quickly. -It was around a 15 minute drive to the shops which is good if you want to stock up on some supplies and a short drive to Aira Force Waterfalls.

Cons: -They couldn’t find us on the system at reception so you just need to make sure you explain it’s a private booking. -Not a huge issue but there was no WiFi available for most of our stay. -Same issue with following the satnav took us the wrong way but we found the property eventually.

Lovely comfortable stay in quiet countryside location. Real home from home.

Pros: Excellent location and great facilities on site. The apartment was very comfortable and homely with everything you might need for a short stay. It felt like a home from home. Large bathroom with bath and shower over, lovely light bedroom upstairs, two TVs and a cooking ares with a fridge, dishwasher, mini hob, microwave, small freestanding oven and toaster. Nice touch of some tea/coffee making items and toiletries provided.

Cons: The directions to get to the Village could have been made a little clearer as the SatNav took us to a farmyard, but we got there in the end. Other than that nothing not to like.

Excellent accommodation and facilities, a great base for visiting the Lake District.

Pros: Very nice apartment, enjoyed the swimming pool and bar at the complex.

Cons: Heating difficult to control, hairdryer was dodgy, but nothing significant.

Pros: Everything is 10/10 the views from the terrace are beautiful the apartment was spotless the bed is very comfortable and very good location for the lovely walks around the Lakes.

Off peak spring break.

Pros: Beautiful suite in a clean well tun complex, gave us everything we needed.The only negative was that it was not stated that the bedroom was up some stairs and my wife has mobility issues with stairs.also the onsite restaurant details ie menu in the welcome pack was out of date and not reflective to the current one in terms of menu or prices.Overall we had a great stay with great weather,great location for the lakes overall.
