Pros: The location is really great, there are amazing walking trails nearby - about 25 minutes away - e.g. Buttermare, Crummock Water, Scale Force Waterfall. The place itself is located in a very quiet, clean area.The caravan was equipped with everything we needed, a well-equipped kitchen, a very cozy living room and rooms.The perfect place to spend your holiday.We will definitely go back there.

Cons: I didn't find anything I didn't like.We had a fantastic time in this place. I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax in a nice and clean place. Great welcome pack and very nice communication with the owner.

Lovely site and location

Pros: Lovely peaceful location within driving distance to many picturesque areas of the lakes. The property itself was spacious enough for us as a family visiting with 3 kids, two adults and a dog. On arrival we had a lovely welcome basket with treats for the dog! The beds were made up with fresh bedding and towels. The shower pressure was amazing no complaints even from the teenager!

Value for money

Pros: Had a wedding to get to and this place was ideal for the 8 of us to use as a base a lovely welcoming pack on arrival equipped with everything needed didn't have many questions for Dave the owner but anything we did need to ask he was quick to respond highly recommend the place

Warm, comfortable and in a great location for the north lakes.

Pros: Lovely warm and comfortable - everything worked well and the welcome basket with goodies was an extra delight. Had everything we needed such as tea, coffee, dished soap and tea towels.
