Pros: A lovely place, superbly located for ease of access into Prestwick and Ayr. Friendly and helpful owners, who were on hand if we needed anything. This is the fourth time we have stayed, will stay again.

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect for us, have stayed there four times now..

A very nice place with great hosts

Pros: The friendly greeting , warm and welcoming entrance , lovely room , spotless and fresh , and a lovely fresh cooked breakfast , I’d say this was the best b&b I’ve been to and would highly recommend this place to anyone , it felt very upmarket and would not disappoint anyone , thanks for having me

Perfect location, will be using again.

Pros: Really clear instructions for my late check-in, with effort clearly made to provide a warm welcome. Room was comfortable and warm upon my arrival, I was able to get a good night's sleep before continuing on my journey.

Cons: The shower in my room was a bit tricky in terms of getting the temperature to remain constant.

Pros: Shona and David were great hosts. My breakfast was lovely and the room was lovely and warm when I arrived in the afternoon and in the morning when I woke up. I would certainly return to Beechgrove again.

Pros: Lovely old house turned into a spectacular B&B. Lovely Genorous sized room and bathroom. Brilliant location and close to a lovely restaurant and Prestwick Airport.

Cons: Road is slightly noisy but manageable

A beautiful old house decorated exquisitely

Pros: A beautiful old house decorated exquisitely. Although I was travelling solo, I was given a family room which was huge with plenty of space. Room was spotless and the view was lovely from the back window. Bed was comfy. Although the guest house is on a busy road, the rooms are out the back and you don't hear the traffic. Congratulations to the owners on such a beautiful house and furnishings. Highly recommended

Cons: Parking on the premises is limited. Arrive soon after check in and you should be able to get a park.
