Pros: Very spacious and modern and a had a great night sleep on the comfy bed.

Cons: It got really cold through the night and we couldn’t see a heater or anywhere we could adjust the heating

The perfect spot for a weekend escape.

Pros: What a gem of a place! Great location, gorgeous interior, well equipped, easy parking, warm and cosy; what more could you ask for!

Nice , clean - great location.

Pros: Ideal for the time we were there. Had everything we required.

Cons: Could have done with a later check out - maybe 11 or 12. Could hear the people in the next room talking till about 2 am.

Quaint studio

Pros: The studio was beautiful and spacious. Check-in was easy, and Nick was responsive via text. The information given was easy to follow and helpful. The studio had all the things we needed and was lovely and peaceful. The studio was in a beautiful part of Irvine and close to some lovely eateries.

Cons: There was only one Tunnocks caramel biscuit between us! They are too good to share :)

Great bolt hole for a few nights stop over.

Pros: Clean, tidy and modern decor. Everything you’d want for a couple of days or just an overnight, like us. Really liked the Harbour Lights pub and restaurant, 2min walk from our room - we had a good meal and a few beers 🍺👍😄

Cons: Nothing really unless you are getting really picky 🤪. We thought the mattress was a bit soft but we still had a good nights sleep. Few bits of wear and tear in the bathroom but very minor.

Great spot, lovely hideaway.

Pros: Ideal location, quiet right on harbour, breakfast in Puffers cafe over road and dinner in Niche restaurant a few steps away, plenty of other options aswell within short level walk. Visited arts centre, ship pub with garden and little cabin shelters, views over estuary of geese, curlew, cormorants and heron fishing.Delightful spot en route to Arran. Responsive helpful host
