We really enjoyed staying here. Lovely feel to the Cottage and great location.

Pros: Within walking distance of Ambleside but much quieter. Pub just a short walk away and an amazing shop in the Village. Beautiful location

Nice cottage in a great lake district village.

Pros: Comfortable and clean cottage in a great lake district location with superb walks on the doorstep. We didn't move the car all weekend. Heaven!

Cons: The heating didn't come on when expected and there was no way to control the time. It was a cold weekend in April, near zero at night so cold in the morning when getting up.
