Pros: I liked the check in which was through Keyboy. Since I was alone, I had a lot of space for myself. My own car park in the drive-in and quiet area. House was clean enough. Enough space for 6 people.

Cons: Noise from cars in the room which had a double bed if you keep the windows open overnight. The small bathroom downstairs smells damp, which I don't like but it is probably because the house is old even if it is renovated. I don't like it when almost everything except the kitchen is covered with floor carpet. It is not healthy even if it keeps your feet warmer. I don't know if they renovated the kitchen, but if they did, they have done a very bad job. It seems that the host or the company which rents it doesn't want the renters to cook food since very limited stuff for cooking is provided and I had to go and buy my own pan. I rent a house or apartment instead of a hotel to cook for myself instead of eating bad food everyday outside. So, please put in 200-300 and buy some good stuff for the kitchen. It doesn't hurt to put a few bottles of water in to start with. The trash sorting was a little bit confusing since they put just one trash bin in the kitchen. Since it is a house with its own small yard and it is expected that you have spiders inside, but think about it if you are afraid of such which I am not.

Pros: 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the beach . Quiet and relaxed street with very friendly neighbors always happy to chat and off street secure parking if needed. Enjoyed exploring the River Ayr, a boat ride along the coast. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the town. Beach was stunning. ASDA is very near if one doesn’t enjoy restaurants and does home delivery as does Uber eats. Fully kitted new kitchen was perfect for home cooking.

Cons: Heatwave when I was there and I forgot my sunglasses 😎

Pros: Perfect home from home. Excellent communication from the owners, can not fault anything.

Pros: Very clean and everything was freshly painted and brand new including the brand new bathrooms and brand new kitchen Tasteful calming relaxing colors. The chenille sofa throws and velvet crush cushions were very cosy and soft. Off street secure driveway parking with cctv.

Pros: I had a fantastic stay. The house was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay.
