Had a great stay

Pros: Excellent host, friendly and welcoming. Accommodation was warm, comfortable and user friendly. Welcome gifts were wonderful and a really nice touch.Looking forward to a return visit.

Lovely property

Pros: Lovely spacious ,clean flat. Everything we needed and a fantastic location overlooking the high street. We had a great holiday and would definitely rebook if down in Castle Douglas again. Thank you .

Fantastic !

Pros: Spacious, beautifully furnished, Gill was very helpful and we even arrived to find chocolates and fresh coffee from Gill’s shop. Also a lovely garden but unfortunately it was too wet outside for us to sit out this weekend. A really lovely stay and hope to return sometime.

Pros: An absolutely fantastic holiday home in a great location. Loved cooking in the kitchen and donated a potato masher after having sausage and mash from the local butcher! Would recommend this accommodation to friends and family.

Cons: It's very picky and did not detract from our holiday, some plates, mugs and the glass jug were chipped.

Pros: Great location, can walk to threave estate by various routes, free parking outside front door, great local facilities e.g. shops, cafes. Fantastic garden and chocolate shop gifts!

Perfect place that supported all our needs. Very clean and tidy.

Pros: Lovely flat with everything that we needed. Central location for us to stay while we visited the surrounding area. The small garden was a bonus, our dog loved it.
