Very enjoyable cottage and location.

Pros: Lovely location by the river Cocker, close to shops and pubs.

Cons: Boiler start time for hot water cylinder & pump was too early, 6am. Woke me up every morning. 7 would have been fine. No egg cups or serving tray?
