Pros: Very comfortable accommodation and the location suited us very well as we had to be near Rockcliffe.

Pros: Brand new, great finish, a hidden gem. Nice and warm too when -5 outside 🥶

Cons: No negatives. Just needs a finished off garden and a gate. Purely for the dog. Otherwise it was great thanks.

Cons: Garden untidy and not enough comfy seats for four people. Could do with a couple of small chopping knifes and the sink plug not working this is just so you know and easily fixed

Pros: friendly host, very receptive of requests. Despite visiting during Storm Amy house was lovely & warm.

Good value accommodation in the granite town.

Pros: Nice accommodation for 2 people convenient location for the amenities on offer in the town.

Cons: The gardens front and rear need a little tlc. No wardrobes Tv is not very user-friendly

Nice new property

Pros: Nice place, well equipped, great having 2 bathrooms. Good location.

Cons: Door was left open with key stuck in the lock. After making sure there was nobody in the property I managed to get the key out. Couldn't see instructions for the washing machine, which would be helpful. Towels were small.

Pros: Good quality furnishings spotlessly clean. Loved the bedroom and bathroom downstairs suited my disabled mum perfectly. Will be a perfect property when garden is complete. All in all a fab stay.

Cons: No tin opener available. Sink could do with a basin. Just small things that would have made a difference.Lamps in lounge would be good as main lights are very bright.

Great base to explore Galloway

Pros: Easy access to woodlands. Good bathrooms. Good layout.

What a fantastic property, ideally placed to explore the area

Pros: Perfect location for us, was a little worried when we arrived as the annex looked so small, but what a pleasant surprise, a large spacious facility done to a high standard. When the small secluded garden is completed, the property will be even more outstanding One other point, how quiet the area is, with easy access to Dalbeattie Forest at the end of the road

Cons: Only thing I can think of, would have been only having three nights we could happily have stayed longer

Perfect for a short stay and visiting the area.

Pros: On a quiet street, very clean and comfortable bed. Good shower with lots of hot water. Dogs were welcome.
