Beautiful cottage in a stunning setting

Pros: Such a beautifully located cosy but spacious cottage. Lovely and warm with a nice open fire. Well equipped kitchen with a nice bathroom and shower. WiFi was decent considering how remote you are. Comfortable bed. Lovely big garden which the dog loved. Amazing walks from the cottage. We walked into Boot via the waterfalls which was such a stunning walk. Surroundings are beautiful and everything you hope for in the Lake District. Owners were very helpful with queries. What’s not to love. One of my favourite stays so far. Looking forward to coming back.

Cons: Everything was lovely but if I had to pick something it would be to have a bigger TV with a better sound, just to watch a movie at the end of the day after a long day hiking. Oh and a more comfy armchair for the hubby… I was ok though on the really comfy sofa :) But these are just being picky and didn’t effect our wonderful stay.

B&M and Toby

Pros: The barn was awesome! We had wonderful time, we loved fire place and our dog loved the garden. We all had lovely time. The location is even better. Perfect for walking. You want to come back!
