3 bedroom townhouse right on the harbour

a lovely comfortable stay

Pros: location was great, the lovely little back garden lovely. A very practical and comfortable property , ideally situated cl;ose to the steam packet and little walks for the dogs. we loved it.

Cons: nothing.. it were great .. apparently dushwasher wasn't working but i think we never tried it

Pros: Quiet, comfortable house right on the beautiful harbour. Lovely location for coastal walks. The pub 2 doors away is very friendly and has its own microbrewery. And the village has a cafe/tearoom which does fabulous food with a small shop attached which is really well stocked

Pros: Gorgeous views in a great location. Very spacious property with great facilities.

Cons: As you entered downstairs there wasn't a very nice smell the rug and sofas could do with a good clean . Upstairs was fine bedding was lovely and clean.. The water in the Upstairs shower didn't drain away very fast the shower tray fills up with water and nearly overflows needs attention. Water also coming up from the back of the toilet waste pipe if it is flushed when the shower tray is still emptying.

Beautifully located house in a lovely village

Pros: The house is beautifully situated on the harbour near the great Steam Packet pub. The two upstairs bedrooms are lovely, with great views over the sea, as well as being very comfortable.. The kitchen is large and well equipped and we appreciated the outside area with its lovely flowers.

Cons: Just a few details needed attention. The mirror light in the upstairs bathroom wasn't working and there was no extractor fan. The microwave and dishwasher in the kitchen have clearly been broken for some time. The living room is a little tired, with a tatty coffee table. A pity, because the house is so near to being perfect!

Lovely, comfy house

Pros: The house was peaceful, cosy and well decorated. The living room was really comfy and pleasant to hang out in. The kitchen had plenty of utensils etc. for home cooking. The location is stunning – you walk out the back gate and onto the sea path, and the pub/restaurant is literally two doors up. Parking was easy out front, and the keypad lock was simple to use and convenient for four people coming and going.

Cons: The bed was a tad firm for me, but it was fine (and the bedrooms were lovely spaces). There's a gap under the front door, which was fine for us in May, but I imagine this could be draughty in autumn or winter!

Peaceful and comfy in a beautiful location.

Pros: Clean, peaceful and bright with great facilities and beautiful view across the harbour and easy access to walks. Comfy beds and cosy sitting room. Perfect for a weeks trip.

Cons: Larger bath sized towels would have been appreciated. Plus there was no shelves/dressing tables in the upstairs bathroom or bedrooms for storing toiletries. That said the downstairs bathroom was huge with plenty of space.

Pros: Excellent position on harbour. Fabulous walks from door. Dog friendly.
