Comfortable great location and catered well for large group.

Pros: Great location. Comfortable beds, all en-suite bedrooms each with with bath and shower. Plenty hot water. Washing machine and dryer. Dish washer. Two ovens. Handy kitchen essentials such as salt pepper, oil, T&Coffee, cling film etc Catered well for ten people. Dog friendly.

Cons: Deep step down into kitchen. No hazard sign and initially almost fell not realising this. No back garden. Front area needed for car parking.

Lovely comfortable house in perfect location.

Pros: Location was great. Bedrooms were very comfortable & Spacious including the ensuites. Lovely house perfect for the family. Very well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Would have liked a gated outside area for the children & dogs but I did know this when booking. Lack of recycling bins. There was only one black bin?. Stair banisters are wobbly.

Spacious, spotless, each room has a ensuite fantastic. will return!!

Pros: Amazing house. having a ensuite in each bedroom was beyond fantastic!! No ques No trips to the loo in the night perfect location spot on walking distance to everything. we took part in the 5 valleys ultra the utility room was a life saver. washer dryer, drying rack above a radiator so well thought out!!

Cons: nothing!!

Everything was in good order when we arrived, there were no problems, we were informed of details we needed in advance o

Pros: The property was clean, spacious and well maintained. It is ideal for a large group as the bedrooms are big and each one has an en-suite bathroom. Additionally there is a large fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining utility room. It also has a large and very comfortable sitting room. The house is in an ideal location, just minutes walk from the town and the lake.

Cons: Just 2 comments, not dislikes per say: Not suitable for people with mobility issues as it’s over 3 floors and stairs only. The key safe is a little bit awkward to open., due to combination lock ( a bit difficult to see and line up and then open).

An excellent place to stay with friends, in a great location.

Pros: The house is in a great location, it was very clean and had great facilities. It’s only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Keswick, but it’s located on a quiet street with off road parking. Fitz Park is close by & is a lovely place to visit. It had everything you need for an enjoyable stay, even Amazon Prime and Netflix, although you do need your own login details.

Cons: Lack of outdoor space but, to be fair, we knew about this before booking. Fitz Park is only 5 minutes away and it’s lovely, so it wouldn’t be a problem to take a picnic there. There is a garden bench that has seen better days, it could do with a lick of paint because it didn’t look too inviting to sit on. The pillows on the bed weren’t great, they seemed old and didn’t provide much support.

Pros: Location great . Very comfortable beds . Kitchen great

Cons: Could of done with moving sofa and cleaning under it, bag of dog biscuits under it and quite a bit of dog hair. No travel cot or high chair available . Shower in the family bedroom had very poor water pressure
