Good for large family. Great access to Keswick and Lakeland fells.

Pros: Location is excellent, even though on a busy road. 2 car parking permits were provided and we paid for a third.

Cons: No lock on back gate which is easily opened by small children. Both toilets were in the bathrooms, so if the showers were being used which did happen, the toilet wasn’t available.
