Pros: The caravan park was quiet but immaculate. Great for a relaxing holiday. Caravan was spotless, towels, linen, toiletries were all made available which is a bonus for a static. Food was put in the fridge, toys and board games were in good supply and there was a travel cot. It exceeded our expectation. And when we needed to get in touch with the owner he answered immediately. Well done, we will definitely be booking again and highly recommend.

Perfect caravan in the Lake District

Pros: I always book this property for business purposes when I am travelling, I absolutely love it. So homely and cosy, i definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Lake District

Home from home

Pros: Had another lovely stay on our way back down from visiting family we love here as a nice little resting point beautiful caravan always warm and cosy 😀 i will always recommend here its lovely for long or short stay visiting beautiful views lovely little pub around the corner little walk but well worth it..thanks again guys its brilliant your always so helpful and accommodating.

Cons: All was good the more times we visit the more good points we see but its just cold and wet this time of year but thats everywhere isn't it really.

Pros: Fantastic value for money. It has all you need for simple holiday. Powerful shower which as someone with thick long hair i can appreciate fully. Straightforward comm with the owner

Cons: A little older property with some usage signs. I appreciate that not spending on the decor keeps the price down

Absolutely Perfect!

Pros: Excellent communication. Very friendly host with quick replies. Easy to access property. Lovely and cozy. Clean and well presented. All facilities that we required (including washer dryer after a very wet karting practice and need for dry suit the following day!) The boys loved the shower speaker 🤣

Pros: The caravan was cosy and very roomy,so of the cooking utensils could have done with being washed,but for the price we paid it was worth every penny, our sausage dog loved it

Cons: Some of the cooking utensils needed washing, and no blind on window near door,but very good value for money, nice and peaceful

Pros: The caravan was clean, cosy and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The water was nice and hot for showers. The area was nice and quiet. Definitely rested. Close to Cockermouth and Buttermere.

Great location with all the facilities you need!

Pros: The location of the caravan was perfect as we were there for Buttermere and Cummock Waters! There was everything we need at the property such as washing machine, microwave, and pots & pans for cooking dinner. The shower was great, that water pressure was amazing - something I didn’t expect in a caravan.

Cons: There was a bit of a doggy smell and we found some dog hair on the couch. Didn’t matter much to us as we just left the windows open to air out the smell but just an FYI. Didn’t enjoy the duvet cover and pillow covers in the master bedroom, was fluffy which was quite warm.
