Chilled , warm and relaxing!

Pros: Home from Home. Not like a normal caravan … a proper couch and winged chairs . The the comfiest bed . Shower amazing . Very clean and everything you need . Great location. Peaceful . Little touches … fresh flowers, milk in the fridge . Xmas tree and decorations, such a lovely touch ! Brilliant communication from Louise . Definitely recommend a stay here for a rewind, chill out & and explore the western lakes .

Cons: No champagne flutes … that’s it.

Lovely place to stay.

Pros: Lovely space. In a nice quiet errand, but still lots of things to do around it. Easy contact with the owner when needed.

The best stay ever! Highly recommeded

Pros: We have stayed in caravans and lodges of big holiday parks, but nothing could match up on this property. What I liked about the property was its homely atmosphere and its location. It felt even more homely than our own home itself! It was extremely clean and well organised! The best part was the bed! Even my daughter said it was the cosiest bed ever! Location wise, it was perfect too as it is near to a lot of beautiful places. We managed to visit Buttermere, Ennerdale, Keswick and Derwentwater in just two days! We would have seen a lot more if we booked for extra two days. The host was the perfect host! We felt so welcomed! She even recommended places to go for nice walks! We can’t wait to go back and book again soon!

Cons: It would have been better if the property has washing machine/dryer. If there was any, it would be even better for those who want to stay for a week.

Perfect family getaway in the Lakes

Pros: Brilliant location, perfect for exploring lakes. Very peaceful, the park itself was really quiet, dog friendly which is always appreciated. The caravan was really nice and cozy, with everything you may need during the stay. The goodies for us and a pooch were a lovely touch.

Host was extremely helpful, accomadation had everything you would need for a short stay, location was great for C2C

Pros: First time for us staying in a caravan, it had everything we needed, was warm and cozy with a great shower.

Cons: On the second night, after heavy rain my parents struggled to sleep due to constant dripping sound. Which was unfortunate, and not the owners fault.

Treetops lake district

Pros: The place is very clean everything you need is there. We got extra treats from the hosts Treats fo us and for our fur babies

Cons: Nothing.. The number of the caravan should be mention not the name But other than that everything is great

Pros: Very nicely organized Perfect for families with children The host had everything in place. Very clean.

Cons: It was a little far from the lake cruise location

Clean and cosy caravan. Feels like home.

Pros: It was very clean and well maintained property. Host was very thoughtful to keep it as a home away from home for any guest, like plenty of books and many board games to keep family together, many small things like tea, sugar, milk etc which can be quite handy to have a quick beverage after a long drive there. So all good from our side.

Cons: None.

Lovely weekend away

Pros: Whole property had everything needed. Even extra bits for the dog. There is full size fridge. 2 toilets are definately a bonus. I travelled with my partner and parents, it was comfortable enough for 4 adults. Great cleanliness standard. Owner was very communicative and recommended some local destinations. Thank you for looking after us 💖

Cons: Second bedroom was a bit small but it was only a little disadvantage, rest of the caravan was fantastic, plenty of space in the living room bit.

Pros: The caravan catered for every need. All kitchen utensils available. All bedrooms equipped along with fans, heaters, blankets, towels. Also catered for dogs with everything available.
