Pros: Really lovely apartment in a perfect location. A stones throw into Moffat and very convenient for the local coop. Very well equipt kitchen with everything we needed for a full Christmas dinner. Lovely addition with the hot tub, although we didn't really use it that much. A beautiful hamper was left for us which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Very warm on arrival and throughout our stay. Great area in the front of the apartment with a sofa and t.v which would be great if you had children for them to have thier own area for gaming. Really well thought out and nicely furnished and decorated. Parking directly outside and easy to get to with clear instructions. Brilliant place that we would recommend to others 😊

Cons: The only suggestion I would make would be to make the hot tub optional if possible and maybe the price could be adjusted accordingly. We only used it once over our 4 night stay so it seemed a waste of energy for us personally. It was also quite difficult to get in and out of so wouldn't be suitable for anyone with any slight mobility issues. The decking was very slippery and that made it even more difficult when getting in and out. The outdoor furniture is also worn and could do with replacing, but as we visited in the winter this wasn't too much of a problem for us. I have only added this as constructive criticism and would in no way want to discourage anyone from from staying here, it's a great little place

Lovely weekend in moffat

Pros: I've been here twice now and love everything about it, the apartment is central to everything but still lovely and peaceful. It is a right home from home with everything you old need for your stay. The hot tub is the icing on the cake. I will certainly book again.

Cons: I can't think of a single thing I didn't like

Lovely little break with friends

Pros: Good location. Clean spacious comfortable apartment. Good big shower. Hot tub available for use if desired. Good communication with owner who was there to meet us with helpful information. Welcome pack on arrival.

Cons: Doors ceilings and corridor entrance.
