Cosy,comfy,central

Pros: Really cosy comfy cottage. Very pleasing and well equipped. Great location, enjoyed looking round Moffat on foot. Good check in and out times. Slept well, quiet location yet so close to the centre. Look forward to staying again to explore more when have time and light enough for evening walks. Very spacious yet cosy so will be happy to come again and even stay alone. Very friendly town, everyone welcoming.

Perfect cottage, perfect convenient town location.

Pros: Location in town is perfect. We had no problem parking right outside the property, which made loading and unloading belongings and dogs much easier! Easy access for walking dogs by Annan river and playing fields. Facilities inside property are perfect too!

Cons: I mentioned the extractor fan in bathroom wasn’t working to owner. So some condensation after showering.
