A fantastic time away with family. We will definitely be back again.

Pros: The location of the property is excellent and the views from the upstairs living room window are amazing. It has everything you could possibly need for a fabulous holiday.

Cons: There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Pros: Fantastic location with beautiful views out over the bay. The photos honestly don't do this justice. House is spacious and furnished to a very high standard throughout. This is clearly a place people care about, not just an opportunity to make a buck. Large garden out back with seating makes for a perfect evening retreat. Booking agent was very friendly, helpful and responsive when changes had to be made (adding a pet) or when we had questions during the stay. Was tempted to give a bad review just to try and make sure it's available next summer.

Cons: Do not honestly have complaints. If forced, I'd say that the plumbing was a little noisy, but it didn't impact the stay at all.

Exceptional

Pros: We have stayed in many large properties on our family outings. This house is by far the best we have stayed in. 10 out of 10.

Home away from home

Pros: Amazing location. Loads of room for all the family. Well equipped kitchen. Could live in the upstairs sitting room it’s so cosy and peaceful.

Pros: The house is in an excellent location with an amazing view out over the bay. The house has been upgraded to an amazing standard and has every amenity you could hope for.

Pros: Lots of room, enclosed spacious garden. Near all local amenities. All bedrooms had en-suites. Lots of space for socialising and kid friendly

The perfect place to escape and recharge

Pros: Can’t speak highly enough about Carlton House! It was so spacious and came with everything we could possibly need. The decor was adorable and all the bedrooms were so comfortable. So many bathrooms! Especially loved the location and the massive dining room table: perfect for family dinners with a great view of the lighthouse and the sea!
