Pleasant hotel, pleasant staff great breakfast

Pros: Clean warm rooms , comfy bed , room had a bath . Leisure facilities were good . Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were friendly and efficient

Cons: Nothing really , nitpicking to say refurbishment taking place which rendered the main reception closed

Great atmosphere for a catch up with friends

Pros: What’s not to like about this place, it’s in a fabulous location with excellent facilities. Our room was so lovely and spacious and spotless clean. I was working for a little bit after we checked in and the desk was well received. The restaurant was amazing, we meet friends from the area and enjoyed a beautiful catch up in a lovely cosy environment. The menu had a great selection to choose from, it was hard to make my choice. There was some construction work happening during our stay but this did not affect in any way.

Perfect place for a rest and relaxation break

Pros: Most friendliest of staff, spa facilities where amazing, perfect place to stay for a relaxing get away. I was hiking around Scotland and North England so it was the percent location for me to have a stop off and relax. I loved it and will definitely stay again.

Pros: I am absolutely impressed about personal! It's unbelievable how they are professional, polite and kind to their guests.

Lovely place just very busy and struggling.

Pros: Lovely place to stay friendly staff. Really nice rooms loved the spa bath. Bed comfortable nice bar area. Nice breakfast on the Monday because it was cooked to order.

Cons: Valentines night meal. Very late coming out food wise. waited a long time for cold food. I did send it back but by time I got it back everybody else had eaten their food. So they had to wait for me. I do think they were struggling that night and following morning for breakfast which was a buffet breakfast and kept running out of things and had to queue for coffee. Think short staffed. We did get a round of drinks knocked off.

Overall an agreeable place to stay.

Pros: Exce!lent location. Leisure club pool adjacent very pleasant.

Cons: No ventilation in room, no opening Windows or vents so inclined to be stuffy. Stayed in a Sunday night so menu options limited to pub type food

Pros: Thank you to m the manger and his lovely staff for making my birthday really special at your beautiful hotel for me and my friend it was amazing everything about this hotel is just magical the manger and his staff go above and beond for you I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends I just loveeee itttt I'll be definitely coming back again in summer and a special men for demi she's lovely Xxx

Amazing staff and great value for money

Pros: Demi was amazing and very accommodating. Amazing stay at the hotel. Swim, sauna, relax.

Cons: At breakfast the waiter kept singing lol. He also was clearing our table as we ate. Id prefer to eat in peace. But still top breakfast and cooked to perfection.
